Love Is More Than a Word — Translation Complete

We’re happy to announce that our translation of Love Is More Than a Word (识汝不识丁) is now complete.

Thank you to everyone who followed the project, waited for new chapters, left comments, and read along with us until the end. As always, completed chapters may still receive corrections in the future if later proofreading or source checks uncover anything that needs refinement, but the translation itself is now fully posted.

The project will now be moved from our ongoing list to Completed Translations. 💛

Filth — Special Crossover Chapter

We’re also posting a special supplement for Filth (污秽):

Special Crossover Chapter: The Other Side of Chapter 48

Readers may have noticed that the official Filth listing on Changpei jumps directly from Chapter 48 to Chapter 50, leaving no Chapter 49 available on the official source.

While investigating that gap, we found something particularly interesting in Su Er Liang’s earlier connected novel Bad Person (不良人). Chapter 26 of that novel, “Does Kissing Feel Good?” (亲吻的感觉好吗？), depicts the same incident seen in Filth Chapter 48—the ambush and events surrounding the park—but from Zhang Xu Yao and Fang Fei’s side of the story.

Because the chapter provides additional context to events that otherwise feel somewhat abrupt around Filth’s missing Chapter 49, we decided to translate and post it as a special crossover supplement for Filth readers.

To be clear, this is not a recovered Chapter 49 of Filth, nor are we presenting it as a reconstruction of the missing chapter. The official Filth source itself jumps from Chapter 48 to Chapter 50. We’re including this connected chapter because it shows the other side of the same event and helps bridge some of the narrative gap left by that numbering jump.

It will therefore remain labeled separately as:

We hope it makes that section of the story a little more complete—and it’s also a fun glimpse into how Su Er Liang’s novels intersect with one another. 🖤
