Synopsis
Lan Xi is a succubus from Hell, and apparently not a particularly lucky one.
After becoming the only demon to die in a battle between Heaven and Hell, he finds himself stranded in an unfamiliar human world, unable to understand the language and repeatedly mistaken for Wen Lan, the troublesome youngest son of a wealthy family in Jing City.
Lan Xi reaches the obvious conclusion: he must have ended up in Heaven.
And as a conscientious succubus, he knows exactly what to do. Seduce the angels. Corrupt their purity. Weaken their power. Earn merit for Hell.
Unfortunately, the humans around him are proving remarkably easy to charm.
Then he meets Fu Hui.
Cold, powerful, terrifyingly competent, and surrounded by a golden aura stronger than anyone else’s, Fu Hui can only be the mightiest seraph Lan Xi has ever encountered. Naturally, that makes him Lan Xi’s most valuable target.
Fu Hui, meanwhile, has no idea why this beautiful, baffling creature keeps throwing himself at him, misunderstanding practically everything, and attracting an ever-growing collection of admirers wherever he goes. He only knows that Lan Xi is troublesome, impossible to ignore, and increasingly difficult to let out of his sight.
Lan Xi intends to corrupt Heaven’s strongest angel.
Fu Hui intends to keep everyone else away from his succubus.
Somewhere along the way, a very serious professional mission becomes an extremely unserious love story.
