TUMIT – Volume 2: Chapter 151

Mu Xueshi did know how to cook, after all, and his control over the heat was excellent. As he roasted the meat, he kept glancing at the Third Prince beside him, worried that after going hungry for so long, he might not be able to endure it much longer. So he repeatedly reassured him, “It’ll be ready soon. If you’re hungry, eat something else first.”

The Third Prince did not move, merely sitting beside Mu Xueshi and quietly watching him.

Because of the Third Prince’s silent support, Mu Xueshi’s confidence grew tremendously. His movements became more and more skillful, looking genuinely professional. Once the meat was nearly done, Mu Xueshi sprinkled some seasoning over it and handed it to the Third Prince.

Before the Third Prince could take it, Mu Xueshi suddenly pulled his hand back again. Just like the Third Prince had done earlier, he took out a silk handkerchief and carefully wiped it clean, then blew on it for a while. Only afterward did he respectfully present it once more to the Third Prince, saying in a clear voice, “Your Highness, please enjoy.”

In the end, not only was the skewer taken away, but Mu Xueshi himself was pulled into the Third Prince’s arms and thoroughly kissed.

By the time Mu Xueshi regained his senses, the Third Prince had already resumed eating as though nothing had happened. Feeling somewhat guilty, Mu Xueshi glanced around nervously. Fortunately, no one seemed to have noticed.

“How is it?” Mu Xueshi asked the Third Prince.

After swallowing the bite in his mouth, the Third Prince praised him for the first time in front of him. “Not bad.”

Those two words from the Third Prince were fundamentally different from all the compliments Mu Xueshi had once received at Chun Nuan Pavilion. Back then, hearing people praise him had only made him want to laugh. But hearing the Third Prince praise him now made him feel like bursting into tears.

Thoroughly encouraged, Mu Xueshi even roasted several skewers for Su Ruhan and Li Qian. Mu Xueshi and Li Qian got along very well. After exchanging a few words, Mu Xueshi completely abandoned the Third Prince and happily chatted away with Li Qian instead.

Taking advantage of the moment, the Third Prince beckoned Su Ruhan over.

“Don’t tell Xueshi yet that I’m leaving tomorrow. I’m afraid he’ll insist on coming with me.”

“I realized that long ago,” Su Ruhan replied. “If Xueshi knew in advance, he would definitely make a fuss about going along. What happened today must have frightened him. In the future, whenever you leave, I’m afraid it won’t be easy anymore.”

A trace of tenderness appeared in the Third Prince’s eyes.

“But if you leave just like this, won’t he still make trouble once you return?” Su Ruhan asked with a frown.

“As long as I return safely, he won’t.”

Seeing how certain the Third Prince sounded, Su Ruhan said nothing more. Both of them turned their gazes toward the other two people nearby and suddenly realized that the pair looked almost like brothers. In the dim light of night, sitting face to face, there was barely any visible difference between them.

Still, the Third Prince could tell at a glance which one was Mu Xueshi—the one constantly bobbing his head around.

After finishing the meal in a cheerful mood, Mu Xueshi and the Third Prince returned to the cave together. They had apparently stayed outside for quite a long time, because by the time they returned, the other four had already gone to sleep in their respective caves.

The stone bed in Mu Xueshi’s cave was not very large, barely enough to fit two people. Mu Xueshi and the Third Prince lay pressed closely together. At first, Mu Xueshi still felt somewhat nervous. After all, it had been a long time since he had slept beside the Third Prince. But gradually, as he breathed in the familiar scent of the Third Prince, he calmed down.

Having already slept for quite a while earlier, Mu Xueshi was not sleepy now. Seeing that the Third Prince was still awake as well, he felt like he ought to say something.

Unexpectedly, the Third Prince spoke first instead.

“I remember someone lying earlier and saying he would accept any punishment from me.”

Only then did Mu Xueshi remember that matter. He quickly protested, “But I roasted wild birds for you just now, and you even said they tasted good. You should at least show me some mercy.”

“And what kind of mercy do you want?” The Third Prince’s hand slowly slipped inside Mu Xueshi’s robes.

Mu Xueshi hurriedly grabbed his hand. “Just… don’t hold it against me anymore. Forget about the punishment, alright? You’re an imperial prince, maybe even a future emperor. You’re wise and benevolent, compassionate toward the people—how could you stoop to arguing over every little thing with a commoner like me?”

The Third Prince suddenly flipped over, pinning Mu Xueshi beneath him as he calmly replied, “I happen to enjoy arguing over every little thing with this commoner of mine.”

Mu Xueshi looked at him somewhat unhappily and said in a low voice, “A few days ago, I happened to hear something interesting.”

“Oh?” The Third Prince looked at Mu Xueshi with amusement, curious what nonsense he was about to invent.

Deliberately using an emotional tone, Mu Xueshi said, “My master risked his life to sneak into Changxin Courtyard just to get that warm jade for Li Qian so his hands and feet wouldn’t get cold. He even got seriously injured in the process. And the way he talks to Li Qian is especially gentle. He even calls him ‘Qian’er’…”

“What exactly are you trying to say?” A dangerous note crept into the Third Prince’s voice.

Mu Xueshi rolled his bright black eyes upward and replied lightly, “Nothing much. I just hope it gives you some inspiration.”

The Third Prince’s face genuinely darkened. “So you mean I’m inferior to your master?”

The moment Mu Xueshi heard the change in his tone, he inwardly screamed in alarm. This had completely backfired. He quickly discarded his smug expression and forced out an awkward smile.

“No, no, that’s not what I meant. I just wanted to say… don’t become like my master. That kind of thing is way too mushy…”

Seeing that the Third Prince’s expression still had not improved, Mu Xueshi hurriedly added, “Don’t worry! A son never despises his mother for being ugly, and a dog never dislikes its home for being poor. I won’t be picky either… uh, that doesn’t sound right either.”

“So it seems you really are looking forward to me punishing you properly?” Wicked amusement filled the Third Prince’s eyes.

Mu Xueshi shuddered. Before he could say anything more, the Third Prince had already begun stripping off his clothes one piece at a time.

Mu Xueshi’s obsidian-like eyes darted around rapidly before suddenly brightening. Raising his voice, he declared, “Ah! I just remembered something interesting. Do you want to hear it?”

The Third Prince actually paused.

Pointing toward the stone bed, Mu Xueshi whispered mysteriously, “Come here, come here and listen.”

The Third Prince instantly guessed what “interesting thing” Mu Xueshi was referring to. Out of curiosity—and perhaps for other reasons—he actually cooperated and lay down beside Mu Xueshi against the stone bed, listening to the noises coming from next door.

And the people next door were even more cooperative. By now, the two of them had already “started their battle.”

Hearing the sounds and seeing the smile tugging at the Third Prince’s lips, Mu Xueshi became even more smug. While listening, he snickered and said, “I’m telling you, they’re like this every night. Sometimes the noise lasts the entire night, hehe…”

“So while I was away, you listened in every night?”

“Uh…” Mu Xueshi’s cheeks instantly flushed hot. “No! Just occasionally. If they go at it all night, I can’t exactly stay awake the whole night too!”

“After listening, did you have any thoughts?” the Third Prince asked teasingly.

Only then did Mu Xueshi realize that he had accidentally painted himself as someone desperately unsatisfied again. To salvage a bit of dignity, he pretended to sound casual and said, “Of course not. I’m a very pure-hearted person with few desires.”

“Really?”

“Really…” Even Mu Xueshi himself felt guilty saying those two words.

The Third Prince wrapped a hand around Mu Xueshi’s neck and pressed his head firmly against the stone bed.

“What are you doing?” Mu Xueshi struggled.

“Nothing. Since that’s the case, then let’s just listen properly.”

“No… that’s too shameless… what if word gets out…” Mu Xueshi cried out loudly, but it was completely useless.

Gradually, the Third Prince realized that even the neck he was holding had begun to heat up. Looking at Mu Xueshi again, he resembled a cooked shrimp, embarrassed beyond measure.

The Third Prince grabbed Mu Xueshi’s hand and, despite the panic on his face, guided it between his legs, pressing it against the bulge beneath the fabric.

Mu Xueshi tried to pull his hand back, but the Third Prince held it firmly in place.

“Still trying to deny it?”

The expression on the Third Prince’s face was like a master catching a little mouse stealing rice.

Mu Xueshi shook his head and nudged the Third Prince’s chest with the top of his head. In a muffled voice, he muttered, “Enough already, okay?”

As the Third Prince kissed Mu Xueshi’s cheek, he asked softly, “Back when you listened to them, was the person you imagined… me?”

Awkwardly moving his fingers, Mu Xueshi replied in a muffled tone, “So what if it was? At the time, I thought you were already married. I figured you were probably on another bed somewhere, being intimate with someone else.”

It felt as though a needle had pricked the Third Prince’s heart, leaving behind a faint numb ache. Gently caressing Mu Xueshi’s cheek, he asked softly, “Xueshi… are you angry with me?”

“Whether I’m angry or not depends on whether the things I imagined actually happened.”

Though Mu Xueshi sounded playful on the surface, he still cared deeply about it inside. He was afraid the Third Prince’s answer would be something like, “Don’t blame me…”

Yet before the answer came, Mu Xueshi suddenly noticed the Third Prince frown slightly—something rare for him.

Startled, Mu Xueshi immediately realized that in his nervousness, he had forgotten he was still gripping a very sensitive part of the Third Prince’s body. He must have accidentally hurt him when he squeezed too hard.

The moment Mu Xueshi loosened his grip, he also said, “You don’t have to answer me anymore. I understand. If you become emperor in the future, there’ll be a second one, a third one—maybe even thousands more. I—”

“No.” The Third Prince suddenly interrupted him, speaking with complete seriousness. “I already told you—beside my pillow, there will only ever be you.”

Mu Xueshi’s nose stung slightly. He hadn’t expected the Third Prince to still remember those words. And hearing them now, he was completely certain they were meant for him.

“It’s alright. Just hearing you say that is enough for me. If you regret it someday, I won’t force you, and I won’t cling to you. When that time comes, maybe I’ll also have three wives and four concubines, all waiting for me to dote on them every day. That wouldn’t be bad either!!”

The moment the Third Prince heard those words, a cold gleam flashed through his eyes. He immediately tore all the clothes off Mu Xueshi’s body and pinned him face-down across his lap.

Mu Xueshi’s rounded backside was lifted by the Third Prince’s thigh. The Third Prince’s hand stroked him there, sometimes lightly, sometimes firmly, savoring the smooth, soft sensation beneath his palm.

A cool drop of liquid landed on a hidden place, making Mu Xueshi’s body tremble involuntarily. Turning his head, he saw the Third Prince’s fingertips coated with the slick liquid, circling slowly at his entrance.

Mu Xueshi’s cheeks burned hot, and he quickly turned away again, only for the Third Prince’s large hand to force his face back.

At that moment, the Third Prince’s fingertips brushed against the faintly pink opening at the center, teasing lightly over it.

“Ah…” Mu Xueshi could not hold back the sound. Being forced to keep watching only made his face flush even redder.

One of the Third Prince’s fingers slowly pressed inside. Mu Xueshi’s body tightened instantly. Yet instead of the pain he expected, it felt strangely pleasant.

The Third Prince seemed to notice the confusion in Mu Xueshi’s eyes. He shook the small bottle in his hand and said, “Did you forget this?”

How could Mu Xueshi forget? Back then, when the Third Prince forced him to say all those embarrassing things for the kitchen servants outside to hear, this had been what he used. Wherever it was applied became several times more sensitive than usual. Even now, remembering how completely out of control he had been made Mu Xueshi blush furiously.

Ignoring his resistance, the Third Prince turned Mu Xueshi over so he lay flat on the bed with his legs spread apart. He coated both the front and back with the slick lubricant. Mostly, he feared that Mu Xueshi’s body, having gone so long without intimacy, would not be able to withstand his passion.

Mu Xueshi’s legs were held apart in the Third Prince’s grasp while the vulnerable place at the front was enveloped by warm lips. A wet tongue teased and lingered over every sensitive spot.

“Mm…” Mu Xueshi arched his neck back, clutching the bedsheets tightly as helpless moans escaped him.

Before long, his legs began trembling violently. His whole body convulsed as he cried out and tried to pull away, yet he still climaxed into the Third Prince’s mouth.

The Third Prince swallowed all of Mu Xueshi’s taste down his throat.

Before Mu Xueshi could recover his senses, he suddenly felt something forcefully push inside him. Even with the lubrication, the size of it stretched him painfully full.

“I can’t… I can’t anymore… wait a little…” Mu Xueshi pleaded.

The Third Prince thrust hard and said coldly, “Didn’t you still plan to have three wives and four concubines to dote on? Already can’t handle it?”

Before Mu Xueshi could answer, the Third Prince’s relentless movements stole away his breath. Very quickly, the part that had only just softened hardened once more. The Third Prince maliciously brushed a fingertip across the tip, drawing a loud cry from Mu Xueshi.

Mu Xueshi also began tugging at the Third Prince’s clothes, but the moment he saw the wound, his expression froze.

Before Mu Xueshi could say anything, the Third Prince flipped him over so his back faced him, preventing him from seeing the injury. Then he delivered a rhythmic series of smacks across Mu Xueshi’s pale backside, each one producing a sharp, crisp sound.

Mu Xueshi seemed oddly sensitive to this. Though he kept saying not to hit him, his expression was completely beyond control with excitement. Following the rhythm of the Third Prince’s movements, soft whimpering cries like those of a small animal escaped his lips—sweet and alluring enough to make the Third Prince grow even harder.

……

Even after climaxing, the Third Prince did not withdraw. Mu Xueshi weakly realized that the hard length inside him showed no sign of softening at all.

Very soon, the fierce thrusting began again. Mu Xueshi looked miserable as he asked, “Again?”

“I’m going to make sure those three wives and four concubines disappear completely.”

“N-No… help…”

After the third climax, Mu Xueshi could barely keep his eyes open, yet the Third Prince still pulled him upright and demanded, “Do you still have thoughts of marrying wives?”

“No more…”

“Good. Then I’ll reward you properly…”

“……”

By the fourth time, before the Third Prince could even speak, Mu Xueshi was already crying as he said, “I won’t dare anymore, absolutely won’t dare think about it again…”

The Third Prince kissed Mu Xueshi’s flushed lips gently and said in a soft voice, “Then this time I’ll be gentler…”

………

Only when the rooster crowed at dawn did Mu Xueshi finally understand just how difficult those nights must have been for Li Qian whenever he teased the noises coming from next door.
